Refund policy

Returns – 30 days

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Returned in their original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or are returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.


How to request a return

Before sending anything back, please contact us by email:

  • The reason for the return

  • Your contact details

  • Photos only if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once we receive your message, we will guide you through the next steps clearly and calmly.

Please note: returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has arrived, it will be carefully inspected.

You will receive an email once your return has been reviewed.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


If your refund is taking longer

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account

  2. Contacting your payment provider

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Costs depend on your location and chosen carrier

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.


Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always look for a fair and sensible solution, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement at no additional cost

  • Issuing a full refund if a replacement is not available


Import charges & refunds (important)

In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply import charges or VAT upon delivery.
If this has occurred, please note that customs charges and VAT paid to third parties cannot be refunded by Margaret-Dublin, as these are determined and collected by local authorities.

This does not affect your statutory right to return the product itself.


Order cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Once an order has been placed, it may not always be possible to cancel it.
