Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer through this website.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images and prices are presented with care but may contain errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or withdraw offers at any time.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation by email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There are currently no product categories excluded from the right of withdrawal.
All returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 9 – Prices, Duties & Taxes (DDU Shipping)
All prices displayed on this website reflect the product price only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that import duties, customs charges and Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable, are not included in the product price and may be assessed by local customs authorities upon delivery.
These charges are determined by local regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The entrepreneur has no control over these charges and does not collect them on behalf of customs authorities.
By placing an order, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that additional import charges may apply upon delivery.
In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
We aim to ensure that all products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
If a product is defective or incorrect, the consumer is entitled to a fair solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Delivery is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, logistical factors or circumstances beyond our control.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions
The entrepreneur does not currently offer subscription-based or continuous service contracts.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
Payments are handled via secure, encrypted third-party payment providers.
The entrepreneur does not store full payment details.
